Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good base for my trip, already heated and clean. The service was the friendliest and most helpful we encountered on our entire trip, making me feel almost 'one of the family' immediately. The location was convenient, just off the auto route, allowing for an easy drive to Central Marseille. The dining experience was ok and enough, but there was an issue with the wait time for the food. The facilities provided were comfortable, and parking was easy near the freeway.
The hotel was very simple and clean, which was okay for a one-night stay. However, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms, and the staff couldn't move us to a different room.
The hotel's location is excellent for a quick stay, offering very practical rooms for a good night's rest. The service was friendly, making you feel welcome immediately. The dining experience was decent but could be improved. The underground level rooms had a strong cigarette smell that could be hard to ignore.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms definitely need an upgrade as they were pretty dirty. I even spotted blood stains on the bathroom door, and the presence of big ants everywhere was unsettling. The smell of cigarettes in a no-smoking room was also off-putting. On the bright side, the staff was kind and polite, but the service could be hit or miss depending on the situation. The location was convenient for my plans, but occasional room leaks were a downside. The dining options were decent, although the price for breakfast seemed a bit high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were simple and clean, suitable for a short stay, but the smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room and the presence of big ants were a bit off-putting. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being very friendly and helpful, while others were not so accommodating. The location was convenient for access to the hospital and the highway, but lack of nearby amenities was a downside. The dining options were varied, but the pricing was not consistent with the quality. Overall, it was an average experience with some noticeable drawbacks.
The room was not as expected due to the heating system not working and it being quite dirty, with a strong smell of cigarette. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't accommodate our request to switch rooms due to noise from guests above. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who pointed us to beautiful spots in Marseille. The location, though seemingly far from the center, was easily accessible by frequent bus lines. The dining experience was a mix of disappointment with long waiting times for poorly cooked food and satisfaction with varied options. The facilities were decent but didn't fully compensate for the room conditions.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, I faced issues with the heating system in a room infested with cobwebs. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with staff being the friendliest and most helpful during my trip. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation, despite some limitations on dining options. Overall, a mixed experience.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were issues with smoking in a no-smoking room and some cleanliness concerns. The service was a mix of delightful and helpful encounters but with lapses in changing bedding. The location is convenient with good accessibility to public transportation despite limited dining choices. The dining experience offered varied options, although access was restricted without a health pass. Overall, the facilities were rated positively.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't very comfortable or clean, with a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was quite hard to handle whenever we returned. On the bright side, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The location, although not central, ended up being very accessible thanks to nearby bus lines. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with a wait for food that didn't meet expectations. The facilities were average, not standing out but providing the basics.
The hotel is located just off the highway exit, making it convenient for travelers on the go. While the rooms were small and not well-prepared, the service we received was outstanding. The proximity to the highway was useful for our travel plans, although the dining experience left something to be desired.
